Lawyers trained in JMK Advocate Office, current Team of the Office

Advocate Justyna Michalak-Królicka, a member of the Polish Bar, entered the list of advocates of the Bar Association in Wrocław on October 20, 2005 under number 864. In the course of fifteen years of experience in the profession of advocate Justyna Michalak-Królicka, she took patronage of 16 advocate trainees, 10 of whom perform already advocate’s profession.

 

Trainee lawyers, in addition to the theoretical training conducted by the District Bar Association, practice in JMK Kancelaria Adwokacka to gain the necessary professional experience under the supervision of advocate Justyna Michalak-Królicka as a patron.

 

At present, advocate Justyna Michalak-Królicka is a patron of four lawyer trainees who have been actively involved in providing legal services to Clients since their law studies. Applicants cooperating with the Law Firm are recruited from among the best law students and involved in the Legal Office’s work in stages: initially in the course of traineeships, then through employment at the JMK Kancelaria Adwokacka. All law students cooperating with the JMK Advocate Office so far have successfully passed their exams during the course of advocate’s traineeship.

Advocate’s trainee Anna Giżewska

 

She started working with JMK Kancelaria Adwokacka in October 2014 as a third-year law student at the University of Wroclaw. She submitted her master’s thesis on: “Etiology of violent crime” and obtained a master’s degree in law in 2017. In January 2018, she started an advocate training at the District Bar Association in Wroclaw. In the course of cooperation with JMK Kancelaria Adwokacka, she is gaining experience as an advocate’s trainee in commercial, civil and family matters. Currently, she specializes in matters related to the pursuit of claims for damages in the course of civil and commercial court proceedings, including invalidity of loan agreements indexed to a foreign currency.

Advocate’s trainee Agnieszka Malik

 

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wroclaw. She started working with JMK Kancelaria Adwokacka in October 2016 as a fifth year student of law studies. She submitted her master’s thesis on the subject of “The Phenomenon of Serial Killing” and obtained her Master’s Degree in Law in 2017. In January 2018, she began the advocate training at the District Bar Council in Wroclaw. She’s gaining professional experience as a lawyer of the JMK Legal Office in the field of criminal, economic and family matters. As a trainee, she actively participates in court proceedings in the field of criminal and economic law.

Advocate’s trainee Anna Berger

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wroclaw, as well as the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Journalism and Social Communication at the University of Wroclaw. She started working with JMK Kancelaria Adwokacka in November 2018 as the 1st year trainee at the Bar Association in Wroclaw. She submitted her master’s thesis on: “International responsibility of transnational corporations for human rights violations” and obtained a master’s degree in law in 2017. As a member of the University of Wroclaw team represented Poland during the semi-final round of the international law competition TELDERS International Law Moot Court Competition in Hague. She is gaining experience in providing legal services to the Clients of the JMK Legal Office by preparing legal opinions and letters in the field of international and civil law. She specializes in international and insurance law.

Advocate’s trainee Agnieszka Jaroszewicz

 

She started working with JMK Kancelaria Adwokacka in February 2018 after obtaining her master’s degree at the University of Wroclaw in 2017. She submitted her master’s thesis on the subject of “Complaints of prisoners undergoing imprisonment.” She’s been a PhD student at the University of Wroclaw in the field of executive criminal law since 2017. She started her apprenticeship at the District Bar Association in Wroclaw in January 2019. During her studies, she completed numerous internships, including the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights and the University Legal Clinic. She specializes in criminal, international and contract law.
